Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

STEP 1

Preheat air fryer to 390F. Drain artichoke hearts and cut artichoke hearts in half. Put artichoke hearts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri

STEP 2

Toss gently with a spoon until the artichoke hearts are completely coated. Arrange artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up

STEP 3

Cook for 10 minutes until slightly crisped and well-browned. Plate artichoke hearts & sprinkle with coarsely-grated Parmesan.
