La Colombe is a French-American roasting company that is known for artisanal roasted coffee beans with balanced, full, and complex flavors. Smart business strategy led them to begin by building a reputation amongst top-notch chefs and restaurateurs — the more recent transition to marketing their name more publically has been long awaited. La Colombe takes a culinary perspective with their beans, and uses one of our favorite combinations – Old World techniques and methods blended with New World technology and precision.We also love La Colombe for their commitment to an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible production chain. La Colombe marks their coffee beans as Strictly Earth Conscious, which means that each blend abides by at least two internationally accepted earth-friendly certifications. They work to ensure that both the environment and communities in which coffee beans are grown are not damaged, destroyed or taken advantage of.

Before we opened, our staff was lucky to have amazing trainings with Nicolas and Brent from La Colombe – not only have we learned to make a great cappuccino and proper macchiato, we also have all developed an obsession with our coffee-buzz throughout the day.
