Description

The bounty of fall brings an array of produce that are essential to bringing warmth with cooler temperatures: grapes, squash and shelling beans are all at their best during this time.
Our instructors will show you how to expertly compose an impromptu salad that rely on seasonal ingredients and hearty grains with both classic and innovative flavor combinations. In addition, students will also learn to make hot soups to make a complete and satisfying meal.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
