From hosting weekend guests to baking for your family, there’s plenty that can be intimidating about baking fresh pastries. In this class, students will cover basic doughs and batters, plus the best ways to make them, bake them, and store them. Flaky biscuits, seasonal muffins, and cinnamon rolls are the perfect addition to any great brunch. We’ll equip you will all the skills you'll need to make entertaining a crowd look effortless.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
