This class explores the wide variety of curries available throughout the world, including styles from Thailand, India, Nepal, and Indonesia. While most would associate making curry with a store-bought powder—this class explores the versatile forms and flavors. From hand-pounded pastes to signature spice blends, students will leave class with an array of bold and colorful recipes and techniques to enliven their weeknight meals and family dinners.
