Description

New York has adopted dim sum as a weekend morning tradition in lieu of that American brunch. If you're looking to avoid the wait of your number to be called out from a scratchy mic, but still craving those dim sum flavors, this class will inspire you. Students will learn how to make dumplings and other favorite dim sum treats using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
