Haven’s Kitchen focuses on teaching to cook family-style meals. We believe eating should be a convivial affair. However, during the week, the thought of cooking dinner can be an overwhelming task. In this class, students will learn how to cook with ease and pleasure by making smart choices when shopping, building confidence with techniques and recipes that will economize time while keeping dishes healthful and satisfying.
