The history of colonialism and migrations in the Philippines takes on a particular shine in its cuisine. It takes influence from Spain, Malaysia, China, the U.S., and it's indigenous cultures and ingredients. Our instructor Graciel Caces will teach students about the food that she has grown up eating and cooking. The menu reflects the flavors and ingredients that makes the Filipino cuisine singular and unlike any other.
