Description

In this series, we will explore the vast world of barbecue as it applies to many cuisines across the globe. In this second installment, students will learn how to cook a typical Mexican barbeque meal, which is structured around seasonal ingredients. In addition, the class will provide an overview of pantry items that are fundamental to Mexican cooking. Dried chiles, citrus marinades, and bold spices will elevate your barbecue, along with fresh and enticing sides to round out the meal.
