Description

Asian-style dumplings are a versatile vehicle for juicy meats and savory vegetables. In this in-depth class, students will learn how to make savory and sweet dumplings. Students will gain a range of skills from a basic understanding of Asian ingredients to knife skills.


Students will be making three types of dumplings: shrimp, pork, and vegetable as well as a dessert spring roll.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
