Description

Potato latkes may be the star of many Hanukkah tables, but when it comes to throwing an epic holiday party, they are just the beginning. Join food writer and cookbook author Leah Koenig (Modern Jewish Cooking, Little Book of Jewish Appetizers) in preparing an updated take on classic latkes and an array of crunchy, bright, and festive apps that will elevate a Hanukkah party - or any holiday celebration. In honor of this class being held on Shabbat, challah and wine will be served when the class sits down to share the food they’ve prepared.

Smoky Sweet Potato Hummus, Fried Olives with Labneh and Harissa, Latkes with Cinnamon Sour Cream and Apple Chutney, Smoked Trout Canapes, Borscht Crostini, Orange and Black Olive Salad, Chocolate Dipped Figs with Sea Salt
