This class was inspired by our cookbook series, where we devoted ourselves to studying cookbooks from restaurants, whose passionate commitment to the food they prepare and the purveyors they work with we admire. Momofuku brought a punk rock edge to food that redefined the boundaries between American and Asian flavors.

In this class, we will study iconic dishes like the pork bun and deconstruct it for home preparation.
