Description

In this class, our instructor will demystify fish butchering and teach students seafood fundamentals from selecting a fresh fish to breaking one down. In line with our School's mission, we will use our work to make simple recipes and learn ways to use the entire fish from head to tail. We'll also cover basic techniques such as steaming, pan searing and raw preparation for a full variety of easy to prepare dishes.
