"Neapolitan pizza isn’t like New York, Chicago or corner pizzeria pie; it represents a respect for the ingredients and a passion for eating. In this class, we pay homage to this style of cooking, dining and communing through one of the world’s greatest comfort foods. Students will learn the basics of pizza making, the differences between Neapolitan pizza and it’s contemporaries, a basic dough recipe and the importance of topping selection. The meal will be rounded out with a fresh salad and a dessert pie.
