DESCRIPTION

Washoku is a set of practical guidelines for preparing nutritionally balanced, aesthetically pleasing meals that utilize food resources fully. Although its origins are rooted in Japan’s culinary history, the washoku approach to preparing, presenting and partaking of food, is easily applied to any cuisine.
