Description

Instead of fighting the crowds at your favorite ramen joint in the city, come learn the basic techniques of making a satisfying bowl of noodle soup at home. We will eschew packaged, freeze-dried noodles and powder soup bases of your college dorm, and instead, learn how to make a rich, flavorful broth with homemade alkaline noodles and toppings such as roasted pork loin and pork belly, pickled red onions and toasted nori. Students will also learn a couple other easy side dishes to accompany the ramen. And then we slurp!

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
