Description

In this class, we will explore variety of Mexican street snacks, and the creative techniques used to make them. Mexican street food varies from state to state, so each dish will focus on a different region and explore the origins of the snacks that put Mexico on the map when it comes to street food.

Mexico City Style Fried Quesadillas
Avocado and Charred Pineapple Salad with a Lime Vinaigrette
Mexican Chilli Brownies with Cinnamon Whip
