Description

Liven up the traditional Rosh Hashanah menu with updated takes on classic holiday dishes. Chicken gets braised in sweet apple cider, while the bright-tangy flavors of borscht are reimagined as entertaining-worthy crostini, and a cinnamon-perfumed pound cake brings the holiday meal to a sweet close. Led by Leah Koenig, author of Modern Jewish Cooking and the Little Book of Jewish Appetizers, this class will toast to the New Year and the best flavors of autumn.
