Description

Curious about the terror of oysters? Ready for the challenge of shucking? In this interactive primer we will go over the basics of oyster aquaculture and discuss the variables such as geography and climate that affect the size, shape, texture and flavors of oysters. The class with involve hands-on cooking and will culminate with a family style meal.
