To brag a little, we have to say our chocolate chip cookies are pretty darn good—and other people
think so too. Just saying. They have that sweet-salty-chewy-crisp-edges goodness that makes you happy. While we think they are best eaten in our cafe, we’ve packaged them up so you can enjoy them at home. Just add egg, butter and vanilla.
Makes about 2 dozen, 2-inch cookies.
What you need: 1 large egg, ¾ cup softened butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Packaged Ingredients: brown sugar, cane sugar, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, Valrhona chocolate, baking soda, baking powder, Kosher salt, sea salt.
