Description

At Haven's Kitchen we honor Meatless Mondays. In this class, students will create dishes that expertly highlight seasonal vegetables, creating a balanced meal that will convince your biggest doubters that dinner can be complete without meat on the table. Students will learn how to make substitutions will help you transform everyday meals into vegetarian delights.

Ricotta Cavatelli with seasonal pesto
Shaved asparagus salad
Grilled leeks with romesco
Roasted beets
Spring fruit crostata
