Description

Southeast Asia is a vast territory made up of an array of ethnically diverse regions, including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and more. While these countries may be neighbors, they have distinguishing flavors, ingredients, and local traditions. Thailand is known for its flavorful noodle dishes. Indonesia has its fiery curries. And Singapore's cuisine reflects many Chinese influences. Learn how to make a variety of dishes from this region in this class with a seasonal twist.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
