Description

Southeast Asia is a vast territory made up of an array of ethnically diverse regions, including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and more. Although within the general vicinity of each other, when it comes to food, each of these countries offer up their own unique take. In this class, the students will make Southeast Asian dishes vegetarian-friendly by learning how the fundamental ingredients of the region pair with seasonal vegetables.
