Description

Every true burger lover knows the accompaniments to the burger are as important as the patty. Students will learn the essential techniques needed to master grilling a masterful burger, while also making killer condiments that will wow their friends and family at every summer gathering. Homemade ketchup, hot sauce, pickles and mayo are all easy, fun and customizeable recipes to add a homemade touch to your classic barbecue fare.
