Each province in Thailand has its own signature street food, this class will take some favorites like pad Thai and herbaceous salads, while teaching students how to use fresh ingredients, unctuous flavors, and spiciness that make Thai food so alluring.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
