Mastering the Classics: Steak Frites
The bistro classic of steak and french fries is a cozy and cosmopolitan meal. Paired with a beautiful glass of red wine, it’s a lovely meal to prepare at home for date night. Students will learn how to select a cut of steak, cook it to temperature, prepare fries and whip up a few classic sauces. The meal will be rounded out with a fresh green salad and wine will be poured throughout class.
