Gnocchi! Tagliatelle! Ravioli! Fresh Winter Pasta - Fri, Mar 15 at 6:30pm
Create a gorgeous Italian dinner from start to finish – from floured hands to handmade pasta. Students will get the opportunity to learn different techniques such as hand-shaped, rolled and filled pastas as well as sauces and preparations. All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.

In this class, we celebrate St. Paddy's Day by learning traditional recipes that make a full Irish breakfast.

Students will learn how to make tortillas, fill them with seasonal ingredients and whip up some salsas.
- Regional Italian: Sicilian Cuisine Tues, Mar 19 at 6:30pm
Our instructor will transport you to the island of Sicily as students learn about the flavors of the Italian isle.
