Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Full Irish Breakfast - Sat, Mar 16 at 11am
Whether or not you’re Irish, it’s still March — we could all use a hot, toasty breakfast in the midst of chilly weather. In this class, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by learning traditional recipes that make a full Irish breakfast, from perfectly baked beans to plump sausages and black or white pudding (and potatoes, or course). In addition to cooking we'll go over some pantry basics and tips on how to plan for the week ahead of cooking. All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.

Students will learn how to make tortillas, fill them with seasonal ingredients and whip up some salsas.
- Regional Italian: Sicilian Cuisine Tues, Mar 19 at 6:30pm
Our instructor will transport you to the island of Sicily as students learn about the flavors of the Italian isle.
- Lessons in Libations: Tiki Drinks Thurs, Mar 21 at 6pm
Our cocktail instructor will teach you how to make classic tiki drinks as well as the fascinating history of these beverages to warm you up for the pending cool of winter.
