This season, we're drawing on Samin Nosrat’s recipes and lessons from Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat in order to showcase how easily you can build any dish using these elements as a roadmap. All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
