How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 275
  2. Cover the baking dish in olive oil
  3. Cut the lemon in half and slice one half, then lay the lemon slices in the dish
  4. Add salmon to dish and squeeze Chimichurri over the salmon
  5. Roast for 15 minutes
  6. Baste, then continue to roast for about 15-20 more minutes, until salmon is flaky
  7. When salmon is cooked, squeeze remaining lemon on it, and squeeze on the remainder of the chimichurri from the pouch
