Glazy Gingery Miso Meatballs

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 3

What you need:

  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 lb of ground turkey 
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of high heat oil (we use grapeseed)

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Start by finely chopping your scallions and parsley
  3. Place scallion and parsley in bowl, add your ground turkey. Combine turkey and herbs, (you can use your hands)
  4. Now, squeeze half a pouch of your Gingery Miso sauce into mixture, combine
  5. Turn stove on medium heat, add oil
  6. Using an oven safe pan, add your meatballs, let brown on all sides
  7. Then, finish off the meatballs in the oven for about 12 minutes
  8. Remove from oven, add more sauce
