Tahini Chicken Schnitzel

Tahini Chicken Schnitzel

 Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4 servings

What you Need:

  • 4 pounded chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 large English cucumber
  • A handful of fresh parsley
  • A handful of fresh dill
  • Salt
  • Lemon

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350. Whisk eggs and a squeeze of Tahini in a dish. Prepare another dish with breadcrumbs and a plate to lay the chicken into once it’s breaded
  2. Heat a large pan. Add enough oil to coat the pan fully and go about 1/4 of the way up the pan
  3. Fry the breasts, until each side is Golden and crisp, then place on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, chop the veggies into even, bite sized pieces and chop the herbs
  5. Combine the veggies and herbs and toss with olive oil, salt, and a squeezed half of a lemon
  6. Once the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes in oven, serve with salad and more Golden Tahini
