Brunch Doesn’t Need Gluten! Sweet and Savory Baking - Sat, Feb 2 at 12pm


Alright, so maybe gluten just isn’t your thing—so what? Being gluten-free isn’t just about substituting in different flours for wheat, nor is it just a trend. There’s a long, delicious history of savory and sweet decadences that have (and will always be) naturally gluten-free. In this class we will use the leavening power of whipped eggs to traverse anything from sweet and savory souffles, perfectly-peaked meringues, and a handful of wholesome snacks. Just because you’re gluten-averse doesn’t mean your treats should be anything less than amazing—no wheat is no problem once you master the classics. Class treats will be served with a seasonal salad to round out this experience. Please note that this class is not vegan.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
