Besides "the cookies" that have taken over instagram, Alison Roman's cookbook, Dining In, features recipes and tools that will make the home cook feel confident and fancy free. This class will cover the essentials of re-creating your favorite steak house experience, right at home. Alison believes everyone should know how to make a great steak at home, and all accompaniments will be recipes from her book.
