Chimi Mushroom Toast

What you need:

  • 2 lbs. mixed mushrooms (we like Shitake and oyster) sliced 
  • 2 tbsp crème fraiche 
  • ½ pouch of Haven's Kitchen Chimichurri Sauce 
  • 4 slices of toast 
  • Handful of parsley leaves, chopped

How to make it:

  1. Heat a sauté pan on high, and add enough olive oil to coat the pan. When the oil shimmers, add mushrooms and sauté until crisp about 5-8 minutes 
  2. Add ½ pouch of Chimichurri and crème fraiche cook for one minute more 
  3. Serve on toast. Garnish with parsley, more Chimichurri and put an egg on it!
