They say the egg is the symbol par excellence of any great chef. Eggs may seem simple to make, but preparations often require a careful touch to achieve perfection. We'll show you how to make a foolproof omelette, the softest scrambled eggs, perfectly poached orbs, an egg-based sauce and soufflé.
