Chef Ashton Keefe and Nutritionist Mia Rigden of RASA join forces in creating healthy seasonal recipes perfect for weeknights at home, but impressive enough for your next dinner party. Inspired by their joint summer pop up out east, we'll create a meal of healthy proteins, fats and carbohydrates that let the bounty of spring and summer produce shine. Learn to add nourishing vitamins and minerals to your food by incorporating nutrient-rich herbs, healing spices and clever cooking techniques that enhance both flavor and nutrition. This class is all about health, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be fun!
