Grilled Lamb Chops with Chimichurri

What you need:

    • 12 lamb chops (we like lollipop) or a Frenched rack of lamb 
    • 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Chimichurri Sauce

    How to make it:

    1. Heat grill or grill pan over high heat.
    2. Meanwhile, marinate lamb chops in a ½ pouch of Chimichurri sauce for about 15-20 minutes 
    3. Lay the chops on the grill and leave them be. After 3 minutes, flip the chops and cook for another 2-3 minutes, depending on how done you like them.
    4. Serve with more Chimichurri drizzled on top.
