Grilled Lamb Chops with Chimichurri

What you need:
- 12 lamb chops (we like lollipop) or a Frenched rack of lamb
- 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Chimichurri Sauce
How to make it:
- Heat grill or grill pan over high heat.
- Meanwhile, marinate lamb chops in a ½ pouch of Chimichurri sauce for about 15-20 minutes
- Lay the chops on the grill and leave them be. After 3 minutes, flip the chops and cook for another 2-3 minutes, depending on how done you like them.
- Serve with more Chimichurri drizzled on top.
