Description

In addition to cooking a seasonal meal, students will be guided through a sparkling wine tasting focused on varietals, growers and producers. Our wine expert will join the meal to answer questions about wine and food pairing, decanting, temperature and buying.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
