Description

In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll celebrate the rich flavors of the Alps as well as an array of Alpine wines. Like the region itself, wines from the Alps are distinct, a culture of lesser known grapes that are often hand-picked from steep slopes. Learn about these mountain climate wines and cook a winter meal to complement them.


In addition to cooking a seasonal meal inspired by the Alps, students will be guided through a wine tasting focused on varietals, growers, and producers. Our wine expert will join the meal to answer questions about wine and food pairing, decanting, temperature, and buying.

All classes are hands-on and end with a seated meal unless otherwise stated. Wine is served in class.
