Honing your knife skills is at the core of being comfortable and confident in the kitchen. Knowing what kind of cuts to make teaches us about cooking time, texture, and flavor. Students will learn the fundamentals of slicing, dicing and chopping, as well as learning how to properly carve a roasted chicken, and sit to enjoy a balanced seasonal meal.
