Nutty Raw Pad Thai

What you need:

  • 3 cups of zucchini noodles
  • 1 carrot, shaved
  • 1/4 carrot, shaved
  • 1/2 bunch of kale, de-stemmed, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cashews, toasted
  • A handful of cilantro leaves
  • 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Nutty Lemongrass Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds

How to make it:

  1. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, carrot, cabbage, kale, cucumber, and avocado
  2. Toss with Nutty sauce
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and lime
