Baked Feta Pasta with Harissa

Our favorite Haiku: We love baked Feta. Harissa makes it better. Pasta gives us joy.

Chef Tip: This is no-fail. You literally cannot fail (as long as you cook the pasta)

Steps

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F

STEP 2

Place your tomatoes and garlic cloves in a baking dish, then drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Nestle the block of feta in the center of the dish. Bake for 30 minutes

STEP 3

Meanwhile, in a pot of well-salted, boiling water, cook your pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and reserve, saving 1 cup of pasta water

STEP 4

When the tomatoes and feta have baked for 30 minutes, remove them from the oven and drizzle with a 1/2 pouch of Harissa. Crank the oven to it's highest temperature and continue baking for another 10 minutes

STEP 5

Remove the feta and tomatoes from the oven and mash with a wooden spoon. Then add the pasta into the dish and add the reserved pasta water, little by little to create a creamy sauce

STEP 6

Garnish with more Haven's Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa and fresh chopped parsley!
