BBQ Chicken Pizza

Is there anything better than rotisserie chickens from the grocery store? YES. Pizza made with rotisserie chickens from the grocery store and our Tangy BBQ Sauce.

Chef Tip: You can use naan or flatbread for this if you don’t want to deal with frozen pizza dough

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) ball of pizza dough, if frozen, defrosted in the fridge overnight

  • Flour of your choice

  • Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce

  • 1 ½ cups shredded, low moisture mozzarella cheese

  • ½ rotisserie chicken, meat removed from bone and roughly chopped

  • 8-10 cubes of fresh pineapple (if controversial - omit!)

  • A handful of fresh basil, torn or cut into strips

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Olive oil

Steps

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 500°F

STEP 2

Sprinkle your counter with flour, then roll and stretch the dough into a large circle. Place on baking sheet, then bake for about 10 minutes and remove from oven

STEP 3-BBQ Chicken Pizza

Spread about ¼ pouch of Tangy BBQ sauce on the dough, then add the mozzarella, chicken, and pineapple, then bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and oozy

STEP 4

Remove from oven, add basil, grated Parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil
