If you haven't had disco fries, have you even lived? There's only one way to find out, and that's by boogieing straight to the oven and making this super easy recipe for sweet potato disco fries. Perfect as an after-school snack for the littles, fancy enough for the adults to get down too.
Chef Tip: There's no real chef tips here - just make sure to arrange your fries in an even layer with a bit of space between them so they get nice and crispy.
1 lb bag frozen sweet potato fries
Handful of shredded white cheddar (or your fav melty cheese blend)
2-3 slices prosciutto or cooked bacon, torn
Crispy Onion Strings
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Arrange frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake according to instructions to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time (about 20 minutes)
Once the fries are crispy, top with shredded cheese and prosciutto. Return to the
oven for 5 minutes
Drizzle with ½ pouch of Tangy BBQ Sauce and top with crispy onion strings
