1 pizza dough, if frozen, defrost in fridge overnight
2 cups extra firm tofu, diced into 1 inch cubes
1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
1 ½ cups 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded/grated
1 bunch fresh basil,
1 cup pineapple (if controversial - omit!)
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 500°F
Sprinkle your counter with flour, then roll and stretch the dough into a large circle. Place on baking sheet, then bake for about 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Spread about ¼ pouch of Tangy BBQ sauce on the dough, then add the mozzarella, chicken, and pineapple, then bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and oozy
