Harissa Hummus and Chicken Wrap

This super simple recipe is perfect for leftover chicken and roasted veggies, simply tuck them into a wrap of your choice and top with Zippy Chili Harissa. Hummus adds protein and a creamy element to this easy snack or quick lunch. Kids love these, too!

Chef Tip: We love using last night’s leftovers as wrap fillings.

Ingredients

  • Flour or multigrain wrap or tortilla

  • Hummus

  • Assorted veggies (we used ½ onion, sauteed and about 5 cherry tomatoes)

  • 2 breaded chicken tenders, sliced

  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa

  • A handful of fresh parsley, cilantro or dill

Steps

STEP 1

Warm the wrap up in the oven or a skillet

STEP 2

Spread hummus, leaving about ½ inch uncovered at the edges

STEP 3

Add veggies and chicken

STEP 4

Squeeze sauce over the wrap

STEP 5

Top with herbs
