One Pan BBQ Eggs and Hash Browns

We’re always looking for ways to make weekend brunches easier. This one-pan recipe has tons of our favorite brunch ingredients and comes together in just twenty minutes. The semi-homeade hack of using frozen hashbrowns gives it a crispy, diner quality that we really love.

Chef Tip:Frozen hash browns are easy to find and cut your prep time in half.




Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a glug of oil and, when it shimmers, add the frozen hash browns. Season with a large pinch of salt and cook, breaking them up with a wooden spoon, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes


Create 4 wells with the back of the spoon. Gently crack the eggs into the wells


Partly cover the pan with a lid for 4-5 minutes or until the egg whites have set


Sprinkle eggs with Parmesan and drizzle with Tangy BBQ Sauce
