Our Tangy BBQ is always party ready, and these nachos are no exception. A few fresh garnishes make chips and cheese into a jazzy appetizer or game-day snack in this easy nacho recipe.
Layering the chips, cheese, and hot toppings makes sure each chip gets a bit of each ingredient. Think of it like you’re building a lasagna: spread a single layer of chips on the baking sheet, add cheese, sauce, and toppings, then repeat until you have a few even layers of goodness.
1 bag tortilla chips, 13oz
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of baby tomatoes, sliced in half
2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Spread tortilla chips onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with cheddar cheese, a squeeze of Tangy BBQ, sliced tomatoes and Jalapeno. Bake in preheated oven for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted
Drizzle more Tangy BBQ all over nachos
Garnish with chopped cilantro and radishes
