Tangy BBQ Turkey Club

When it comes to sandwiches, you can find us in the club. Tangy BBQ adds a smoky-sweet touch to this diner classic. Crisp bacon, juicy tomatoes, lean turkey, and toasted bread are just waiting for the perfect sauce. If you want to take this recipe to the next level, add a second sauce: mix a tablespoon of our Herby Chimi with two tablespoons of mayo and spread it on one side of the bread before toasting, the mayo will add a golden crust to your favorite loaf.

Chef Tip: Build your sandwich with bacon and lettuce as the layers that touch the bread, that way the tomatoes and turkey won’t make anything soggy.


  • 6 slices sourdough pullman (or your favorite sandwich loaf)

  •  Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 lb sliced deli turkey breast

  • 1 cup lettuce

  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced

  • 4 slices cooked bacon

  • 4 long toothpicks or wooden skewers



Lay out two slices of bread and drizzle with some Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce. Top each with lettuce and sliced tomato
